______________________________________________________________________________________________ Help To Join In #IRC-Friends World Channel.   Here you can find help about what you need to do to join in international DalNet network. To join in DalNet network use one of this IRC clients, if you use the Windows Operation System use this client mIRC, if you use the AmigaOS Operation System use this client AmIRC, if you use the Linux Operation System use this client XChat and if you use the MacOS Operation System use this client IrCle. IRC CLIENTS You can do the IRC Cliente Download to your Operation System here:   Windows: mIRC     AmigaOS: AmIRC     Linux: XChat     MacOS: IrCle     Execute your mIRC IRC client or other client and to join in DalNet network type this command in your Status IRC client imput window, the mIRC, etc and press Return key: /Server -m irc.dal.net:6667/IRC-Friends   When you type this command in the mIRC imput window you join in #IRC-Friends channel in international DalNet Network. Then in the Status imput window of your IRC client you need to type this command too.   To Choose a Nickname you like to use in the DalNet network type this command in the Status imput window of your IRC client. /Nick NAME-YOU-LIKE (Don´t use empty spaces in the Nickname).   Then when you choose the Nick you go to use, use this command to registry your current Nickname you will use in the DalNet network always.: /msg nickserv@services.dal.net Register PASSWORD E-MAIL   Give your main E-MAIL address and then verify your E-Mail box because you will get an E-Mail message from DalNet with the registry command in the E-Mail message. Then you need to copy and paste that command to your IRC client imput window and press Return key to finish your Nickname registry.   Never use easy your Nickname or easy and obvious words easy to find to be use like your Passwords too, use in your Password a mix of letters and numbers, or little worlds with numbers in, like: Rio56Fix125, don´t lose your Password safe your Password in a paper if you like, etc. Give your true main E-Mail address when you do the Nickname registry, and if you lose your Password you can request the Password via the E-Mail address you given in registry. You don´t get any other E-Mail from DalNet network again..   Then every times you join to DalNet network you only need to Identify your Nickname in DalNet network, to network check if the Nickname you use in that moment is realy your Nickname.
